In this Pathway Navigation webinar, Scott Finn from Southwestern College shared detail about differentiated orientation programs in progress, challenges, and accomplishments to date. Colleagues from the region ask detailed questions, reflected on how this work applied to their own college’s onboarding goals, and developed actionable steps for follow-up.

And so that’s all we’ve been doing it seems like for the longest time and not really giving as much outreach as we could to our overall special population groups.”
