How Colleges Use Integrated Planning and Advising for Student Success (iPass) to Transform Student Support

This is a case study of technology-based Integrated Planning and Advising for Student Success (iPass) reforms at six community and broad-access, four year colleges. The authors details the experiences of these colleges seeking to institute a new education planning, counseling and coaching, or risk targeting and intervention iPass system, and derives insights into the organizational factors that can either hinder or enable their successful integration.
