Leadership for Transformative Change: Lessons from Technology-Mediated Reform in Broad-Access Colleges

This paper presents case studies of six community colleges and broad-access four-year institutions undergoing technology-mediated advising reform. Through these case studies, distinct types of leadership approaches to organizational change emerge, with unified, multitiered leadership contributing most to transformative change.
