Goal

• To provide a transitional services program for formerly incarcerated students with effective on-ramps to assist them in obtaining the resources and support services needed to achieve their academic and career goals.

Outcome

• Facilitate support of formerly incarcerated students by (1) developing a repository of industry partners willing to provide internships and jobs and (2) sharing a video that highlights the Rising Scholars programs and resources available at the ten community colleges in the San Diego & Imperial Region.
